Marilyn Monroe knew what she was doing: Feminine voices are sexy

In this new study, researchers found that men find feminine female voices more sexually attractive, especially for short-term mating.  Women also perceive femininity in other female voices to be more flirtatious and attractive to men. The authors conclude that women use vocal femininity to track the threat potential of competitors.

Good looking woman, but I think her voice was a little irritating. The concept is still sound though. A feminine voice is high on the list of things I look for in women.

This is one of those "Well, duh!" studies.

The military has used this in jets for some time, as audio warnings all use a female voice, because pilots pay more attention to them.

A good female voice makes a big difference everywhere else, it's no surprise it will matter in dating.

Of course, a good masculine voice in men as an asset in life as well, and sexy to women.
