ReplyDeleteGiven that blacks live disproportionally in urban ares, it's not surprising that they are underrepresented in drunk driving. There's just not that many black teens driving cars. That black are poorer may also have something to do with it - their parents are not buying tham a car for their 16th birthday.
That was my explanation in class one day, and a female black student implied I was racist for claiming that.
