The media didn't mention that the Alaskan barbarians are Indians: CNN continues the media pattern of making Alaska look like a state of Neanderthals with their story of how high the rape rate is in the state and how Wasila did not pay for rape kits while Palin was mayor. I've browsed data on Alaska's rate of alcoholism and murder--they're unexceptional. Just now, I looked at the 2006 rape rate. CNN neglected to mention that 45% of the rapes are committed by American Indians, even though they are only 15% of Alaska's population.

    Sailer linked a comment by Greg Cochran the other day that brought something Ive griped about to the forefront.

    To wit: When a bad trend or tragedy happens these days, you can count on the media to attempt to hide the cause if its politically incorrect to do so and even assign blame to an innocent party by implication.

    For instance crime stories in my local paper ALWAYS tell you if the suspect is white. They merely mention the descriptions of their clothing and vehicle if they are not-white in most instances. They have to be dragged kicking and screaming to admit any crime whatsoever is committed by hispanics. The local TV news stations have no such qualms however, and murder suspects (like the two hispanic men who just shot a Bell Road business owner in a robbery two days ago in broad daylight) are identified by race.

    I have literally seen instances in the paper where "witnesses" describe the clothing and getaway vehicle and weapons used in a hold up while the paper refused to name the race of the suspects. Its infuriating. Any help we could have given by the description as citizens is thwarted. Its pathetic to know a male, late 20's, about six feet tall, heavily built with a forearm tatoo, driving a blue Chevy Cavalier, red sweathirt, blue jeans, sunglasses robbed a discount tobacco store and they "forget" to mention he is black, white, hispanic, or asian.

    gc is godless capitalist, a "retired" Gene Expression poster from back when it was more of a white nationalist IQ and genetics site, not Greg Cochran. Cochran even took a swipe at gc in the thread Sailer was referring to but didn't link.
