    There seems to be an assumption that all ethnic disparities in income amongst people with the same IQ are the result of social policies, xenocentrism and ethnocentrism. I suspect that group differences in personality would lead to people with the same IQ choosing different fields with different pay-grades.

    My guess is that a combination of affirmative action and artificially depressed self-esteem among white is the cause.
